Produced from the same base material which forms our Haysite H950 Polyester Glass Sheet, AG’s H950 Pultruded Profiles are available in a wide range of styles, sizes and shapes and make for an excellent electrical insulating solution. These shapes have high mechanical strength, good dielectric properties and can be used in 160ºC rated electrical applications. Pultrusions are constant profile parts formed by drawing continuous fibre through a resin bath. The saturated fibre then enters a steel die which shapes the material into the desired profile. This process ensures that the finished profile is free from joins and other weak points so that maximum mechanical strength is provided along the full length of the profile.
