Our High Temperature heat shrink is a strong option for those of you needing a heat shrinkable insulation sleeving for more demanding environments. Available in a range of sizes, this black heat shrink sleeve has a shrink ratio of 2 to 1 (2:1) and strong resistance to many chemicals including diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils. Our Diesel & Chemical Resistant High Temperature Heat Shrink can withstand continuous exposure to temperatures between -75°C and 150°C. It is flame retarded and self-extinguishing. It has a rated voltage of 600V and dielectric strength of 11.9 kV/mm. This quality heat shrink tube also posses robust physical properties. Elongation is ≥400% or ≥200% after ageing (168 hours at 150°C). It has a tensile strength rating of 11.7 MPa and exhibits no cracking after a heat shock test where it was exposed to 225°C for four hours.
