Flex Crystal is a high quality elastic adhesive manufactured from a MS polymer base. This one part adhesive is crystal clear after curing and therefore perfect for application where the adhesive must not be visible. Weicon Flex 310 M Crystal exhibits good compatibility with a variety of material and surface types and bonds particularly well to glass, acrylic glass, Polycarbonate and PMMA though it should only be used for tension free bonding on the latter two. These can be dispensed using standard cartridge guns. Surface Preparation Before applying Flex 310 M Crystal it is critical to ensure that the surfaces being bonded are clean and grease-free. Many surface contaminants (such as oil, dust and dirt) can be removed with Weicon Surface Cleaner. For heavily soiled surfaces Weicon Cleaner S may be more suitable. If paint or adhesive residues must be removed, Weicon Sealant and Adhesive Remover Spray is likely an option.
