It has a 63% Ethyl alcohol base as its active ingredient making it a certified bio-based product. It also contains special emollients to moisturise and soften the hands, so skin is left feeling refreshed with a light Aqua scent. Germstar Luxe is derived from ethanol, making it a renewable bio-based resource, with less petroleum carbon content, reducing oil dependency. It is free of triclosan, benzalkonium, chloride, phthalate, parabens, glycols, formaldehyde carriers, or most common allergens. It is an FDA registered and USDA certified bio-based product (United States).
