DCCconcepts ~ 4mm Scale Modern Post Lamps Value Pack – Grey (6 pack) ~ LML-VPMSL Super-high quality 4mm scale LED modern post lamps (6 pack). 2 are supplied with speaker attachments.These lamps are found anywhere lighting is needed. Height is easily to adjust via a sliding base. We also include some speaker/camera housings as commonly seen with this kind of lamp. They are grey to match the usual galvanized finish, but can easily be repainted.Pack Contents3x 4mm scale street/platform lamps with 500mm connection wires3x Resistor boards – suitable for connection to regulated DC power 6-12VInstallation AdviceDrill the mounting hole using a 2mm drill. Carefully thread the fine wires into the hole, then insert the lamp mounting tube.If using the extension base, use a 5.5mm drill and insert it to your chosen depth or pre-cut it to length and pre-drill to 2mm to allow you to use the added 2mm tube extension that is provided in the pack.The length of the 2 wires is the lead. Connect your power supply to the resistor board and then try the lamp with each of the resistor values to select your preferred light level.Alternatively, if a different level is wanted, you may also use any other value 1/4 watt resistor as long as it is larger than 1k Ohms.Connect several lamps (up to 6) to one resistor board if you wish.You can also connect Legacy Skyline Lamps to an Alpha Mimic DCC control board if you wish. Follow the instructions supplied with the Alpha Mimic Building Lighting for this type of installation.
