It is an Oil, if stored correctly, in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, it will last for a long time, however once you taste this oil, it won’t last long. Hence, sourcing from small producers guarantees you a fresh and recent harvest olive oil. This Greek unfiltered extra virgin olive oil comes from the mountainous region west of Kalamata in the Southern Peloponnese. It is Produced from the first cold pressing of hand-picked olives, the oil is unfiltered so as to retain its full natural aroma, distinct taste and flavour.
