Made up of a series of coils in this rigid shape, the Indra Coil Basket is naturally dyed, hand spun and woven using natural fibres. The beautiful hand stitched handles are made from goats leather, naturally dyed with tree bark and vegetable extract. THE DETAILS The stylish coil baskets are handmade by a collective of craftswomen in southern India. Established by NGO to provide sustainable livelihood projects for women who previously depended upon seasonal labour in drought prone areas.
